The Mountain Series Stone-Hearth Pizza Ovens are available in 4 sizes and with 4 fuel types:
- Wood-Fired (shown at left)
- Wood with Gas Assist
- Dual-Temperature Gas-Fired (shown below)
- Radiant Flame Gas
The four sizes of the Mountain Series Stone-Hearth Ovens by Wood Stone are:
- Mt. Chuckanut - 37 inch oven floor, with 9 square feet of cooking surface
- Mt. Adams - 52 inch oven floor, with 15 square feet of cooking surface
- Mt. Baker - 62 inch oven floor, with 22 sqaure feet of cooking surface
- Mt. Rainer - 74 inch oven floor, with 31 square feet of cooking surface
These ovens feature:
- U.L. Listed for installation with a 1 inch side clearance to combustible building materials.
- Arrives completely assembled and ready to set in place.
- Digital thermometer readout can be mounted to the oven stand or incorporated into the decorative facade, at the discretion of the designer.
