Call Center Ordering

HungerRush™ Customer Communication Center (C3) is a call center solution that is fully integrated with the Revention POS. C3 is designed to allow your call center agents to send orders directly to your stores using the C3 online portal.
 
Like traditional HungerRush ™, C3 orders are sent directly to your Revention POS. No need for re-entry of orders received by third party software. The C3 ordering portal is web-based, so you can have an unlimited number of agents working simultaneously without being limited by a restricted number of software licenses.
 
Credit cards are processed through Revention credit server software locally at the store. This eliminates the need for a third party gateway and keeps your managers processing only a single consolidated batch at the end of the business day.

C3 is intrinsically connected to your HungerRush™ online ordering. Both services use the same menu and customer database. Updates to the menu, hours of operation, and other settings that are made to HungerRush™ are immediately reflected on your C3 portal. Customers who call in to your call center but have never used online ordering are automatically signed up as new online ordering customers. They receive an online account username and password as part of their order confirmation email.
