To celebrate the launch of its new 18-pizza gourmet line, Eagle Boys featured a sculpture made out of 5,000 pizza boxes in Brisbane’s King George Square.
Eagle Boys' gourmet vegetarian pizza features char-grilled potato and pumpkin, bocconcini, mushroom, baby spinach, Spanish onion, char-grilled red capsicum and feta cheese with chives.
The salmon avocado pizza features chunky salmon and sliced avocado combined with light crispy potato and onion – garnished with creamy philly, chives and black pepper.
Eagle Boys' seafood platter pizza comes with large marinated prawns and tender calamari, and is garnished with a Moreton Bay Bug, and dressed with lemon wedges and creamy garlic aioli.
The Tandoori chicken pizza offers a touch of India - marinated Tandoori chicken topped with potato and finished perfectly with creamy philly, chives and fresh lemon.
