Uno Chicago Grill launched a new menu in late May that features six new tapas-style appetizers and a line of artisan thin crust pizzas with gourmet toppings.
Uno's new Chicken Broccoli with Lemon Pesto Pasta features Fettuccine with sautéed chicken, broccoli & lemon pesto sauce, and is available as a Small Plate.
Uno's new Deep Dish Macaroni and 3-Cheese includes Penne with Cabot-aged, Parmesan and Romano cheeses, sprinkled with a buttery crumb topping and baked in a deep dish pan.
The Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup dessert returns to Uno's menu and features a rich, warm chocolate and peanut butter topped with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce.
Known for its deep dish pizza, Uno's now also features thin crust artisan options such as this Shrimp, Spinach and Goat Cheese pizza with roasted cherry tomatoes and Alfredo sauce.
Included on the new Small Plates menu is the Stuffed Mushrooms, with portabello, shitake, goat cheese, bread crumbs and Romano cheese.
