Rod Friesen, national accounts representative for Truitt Bros., visited the offices of Fast Casual, QSRweb and Pizza Marketplace to showcase the variety of products and menu options offered by the company.

One of Truitt Bros.’ focuses is the beverage category. Featured here is a milkshake and smoothie made with the company’s line of cherries jubilee, as well as cranberry lemonade.

Truitt’s Food Alliance Certified (FAC) garbanzo beans can be used to make hummus, a popular dip best paired with pita bread or crackers. Other FAC beans include black, kidney and pinto.

Featured here is a bean salad featuring cherry tomatoes and Truitt’s line of FCA kidney, pinto and garbanzo beans.

In addition to FAC beans, Truitt offers shelf-stable Anjou pears. The pears are kept in a resealable jar and have an estimated shelf-life of nine months.

Truitt’s garbanzos also can be used for pizza. This white Tuscan pizza features a garbanzo bean sauce, sausage and tomatoes.
