Cauliflower is certainly having its moment and Pie Five is seizing that moment with a new cauliflower crust available until Feb. 11, a news release said.  "Cauliflower is exploding in popularity due to its taste and amazing health benefits," Marketing Vice President Christina Coy said in a news release about the new offering.
