This year's Fast Casual Executive Summit wrapped up Tuesday night with insights from some of the industry's most successful CEOs.
Executives from 17 countries gathered in London for the 2017 Restaurant Franchising & Innovation Summit — Europe last week. The event, produced by Networld Media Group, provided the opportunity for more than 100 restaurant leaders to share advice, success stories and discuss how they moved on from failure.
The 2017 Fast Casual Top 100 Movers & Shakers were honored at the annual gala.
The 2015 Fast Casual Top 100 gala in Chicago honored the list's top 50 brands. Panera came out on top, and there were a few other surprises as well.

Since the economic downturn, the fast casual segment has led the restaurant industry in both sales and unit growth. And it continues to outperform on both fronts. This infographic shows just how hot fast casual dining is.
FastCasual.com has released its sixth annual Top 100 Movers & Shakers, a ranking of the best fast casual concepts of 2010. This year’s winner was Firehouse Subs, which was on target to post $233 million in revenue in FY 2010.
Sticking to their niche and continued community involvement will help grow the brand to 700-plus.
