Vincent Rotolo

Vincent Rotolo is an award-winning pizzaiolo based in Las Vegas. After spending more than 25 years in the hospitality industry, the Brooklyn native decided it was time to pursue his longtime dream of opening his own pizzeria, and the concept of Good Pie was born. Good Pie offers Grandma-style, Brooklyn and Detroit-style pizzas as well as vegan and his critically acclaimed gluten-free pie, as seen on “Chopped.”
