1000 Degrees Neapolitan Pizza fires up Boston
1000 Degrees Neapolitan Pizza opened last month in Massachusetts. The unit at 45 Court St., in Boston is the state's first location but is the 28th nationwide.

Originating in Galloway, New Jersey, 1000 Degrees serves classic Neapolitan pizzas fired at 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit in a custom, handmade, revolving Neapolitan brick oven, according to the release.
"Ken is exactly the type of franchisee that we were looking for in Boston," said Brian Petruzzi, CEO and founder of 1000 Degrees. "He's an important part of the 1000 Degrees family, and we look forward to seeing him grow his business in Boston."
Since launching in 2014, the brand has ignited significant growth across the country, with more than 75 locations open and in development across the country.
