1000 Degrees Pizzeria projects 25 new locations in 2015

1000 Degrees Pizzeria, a New Jersey-based Neapolitan Pizza franchise, announced it is planning to open more than 25 new locations in 2015. The company is now accepting qualified franchisees in all 50 states.

1000 Degrees creates its Neapolitan pizzas using 00 flour and imported meats and cheeses. The pizzas are cooked in less than 2 minutes, according to a news release.

Franchisees who sign an agreement with the company undergo an estimated 40 hours of in-store training that includes how to make the proprietary Neapolitan dough, as well as POS training.
