Nick's Pizza & Pub is opening a location on Chicago's north side after spending 20 years firmly planted in the distant suburbs of Elgin and Crystal Lake. A news release said the brand's third location will open this fall in the 2400 block of West Montrose Avenue in Lincoln Square.
In the meantime, Nick's needs people from bussers and floor staff to operational manager. Leaders at the company hope the purpose-driven culture of the brand will reel in the desired players. As an example of its employment approach, the release said that staff at all levels are eligible for the company's profit sharing plan.
The Lincoln Square location will be "job central" for the next month, the release said.
