The Columbus Dispatch: Three months ago, Donatos Pizza was denied a low-interest state loan to develop a dough research-and-development plant near its headquarters in Gahanna, Ohio. But it appears the request will be approved on Jan. 23 when presented again to state lawmakers.
The facility would allow Donatos to develop a faster-rising crust and a parbaked crust. Both are likely tied to expansion desires of the 178-unit chain.
