Aroma Artisan Pizza opens 2nd location in Cedar Rapids

Aroma Artisan Pizza has opened a second location in Kingston Yard, an area of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, according to a report in The Gazette.

It's the brand's first standalone location. Aroma offers new pizza styles at its Kingston Yard location, along with beer, wine and a dining room.

"Pizza, gelato and freeze-dried treats — they're all about gathering and fun things to do with others. This is very similar to NewBo in that people gather here," Carol Elliott, owner, told the news outlet. "We like to be where the action is, and we like to be part of the community and its growth."

Elliott started her first pizzeria in 2017.
