Louisville Business First: After failing to execute several turnaround strategies, Pizza Magia International Inc. executives will dissolve the 5-year-old company by the end of August.

Company founder Dan Holland cited the combination of bad timing, bad luck and a nagging lawsuit filed by and settled with Papa John's for dashing the company's hopes of having 150 stores in five years.
