CORRECTION: Rising fuel costs won't increase Domino's Pizza's prices

* On Sept. 14, PizzaMarketplace was made aware by a spokesman from Domino's Pizza that the following story, originally written by Reuters, misrepresented comments made by chief executive David Brandon regarding potential price increases at the chain. According to Tim McIntyre, Domino's vice president of communications, the company is not raising prices.

Reuters: Domino's Pizza will have to raise prices if gas costs remain high for an extended period, said chief executive David Brandon.

"At some point it's going to have to flow through," Brandon said. "If fuel prices stay at historically high levels ... there will have to be adjustments made that are more permanent in the economics of the business."
