Former Biscuitville, Yum exec named Mountain Mike's COO

Mountain Mike's Pizza has named former Yum Brands executive, Jim Metevier, to the post of president and COO. A news release said Metevier was most recently president at Biscuitville but formerly served as COO of KFC U.S.

"I was immediately impressed by Mountain Mike's positive sales momentum and significant new unit growth, but what really sold me was the incredible food, dynamic leadership team and dedicated group of franchise partners," Metevier said in the release. 

The nearly 200-unit company has more than a decade of positive annual system sales growth and franchisee AUVs, with plans to open 20 new units by year's end.
