California-based Blast 825 Pizza, a fast casual concept that is part of Milano Restaurants, has announced the launch of a franchising program. The brand is now offering franchising opportunities to qualified candidates in target markets that include California, Nevada, Arizona and Texas.
Blast 825 Pizza first opened in 2013 in Clovis, California. A second opened last month in Roseville, California, and four more are in development in the state. According to a news release, it features digital menu boards, a signature 18-foot toppings bar and a selection of sauces and crusts handmade daily.
"The quick-fired pizza concept is a new and niche market in the fast casual dining space, and we realized there was pent up demand for it," CEO John Ferdinandi said in the release. "Our Blast 825 Pizza restaurants in California saw such great success and loyal following that we wanted to expand and franchising is the perfect vehicle."
