Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza spreads through Wisconsin

Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza today announced the opening of its newest location in Brookfield, Wis., at The Brownstones Shopping Center. To celebrate, the restaurant will offer free artisan pizzas to Blaze Pizza's Facebook fans on Nov. 19, between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m.

Those who like the Blaze Pizza page on Facebook can print out a screen shot or present it on their mobile device to obtain their free pizza at the Brookfield restaurant.

Blaze Pizza - Brookfield has developed a turnkey, in-restaurant fundraiser program that returns 20 percent of an event's proceeds back to local organizations, and is looking to partner with local schools, sports clubs and other local organizations.

The Brookfield Blaze Pizza is operated by Walch Hospitality Group LLC, a franchise group led by John Walch. Walch has more than 20 years of restaurant industry experience, including leading the opening and operating of 25 Panera Bread franchise stores in Wisconsin and Illinois that were acquired by the franchisor in 2011.
