Blaze Pizza plans to take on The Big Easy

Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza announced it will open its first New Orleans location in January in The Paramount at South Market District, 611 O'Keefe Avenue.

"I am thrilled to have the opportunity to take the years I've spent developing my dough recipe and bring it to a new audience," Executive Chef Bradford Kent said in a news release. "We're really looking forward to introducing the Blaze concept to New Orleans."

The new Blaze location will feature custom wall art that promotes the culture of the city. It will also feature a selection of wine and craft beer on tap, including local offerings from Nola Brewery and Abita.
