Blaze Pizza plants flag in Florida

Blaze Fast Fire'd Pizza will open its first Florida location on Nov. 3, in Ft. Lauderdale. To celebrate the grand opening, the new location will offer free pizzas on Nov. 4 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. to anyone who follows the brand on Instagram, Twitter or Facebook.

The Ft. Lauderdale Blaze is located in the Uptown Centre, near the Cypress Creek Tri-Rail Station.

Additional South Florida locations are planned for Boca Raton’s Fifth Avenue Shops and in Davie near Nova Southeastern University. Both will open in January, according to a news release.

The expansion of Blaze Pizza into South Florida is being done by an investment group led by Levy Family Partners. In additional to the 10-store franchise development agreement in Florida, the group is developing Blaze Pizza in the Chicago market.
