Blaze signs multi-unit Wisconsin deal

Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza has signed a multi-unit deal for Wisconsin with franchise operator Dianne Mayer to open six stores in Madison, Appleton, Fox Valley and Green Bay, beginning with the Appleton store near Fox River Mall that is expected to open this fall, according to a press release. 

Mayer is also is a multi-unit franchisee for Culver's, with nine Midwest restaurants. 

"Dianne's charisma, leadership mentality and restaurant portfolio make her an ideal franchise partner," Blaze Pizza President International, Chief Development Officer Carolyne Canady said in the release. "She has an impressive track record in the franchise industry, and we have the utmost confidence in her ability to grow the brand's footprint in Wisconsin." 

Blaze has 330 restaurants in 41 states and five countries.
