Louisville, Ky.-based BoomBozz Craft Pizza & Taphouse will open a new location in the spring that will feature a to-go service model. According to Louisville Business First, the concept will be called Boom-a-GoGo and will be geared toward the lunch crowd.
It will be located in a busy shopping area in Louisville with lunch-only hours. Pizzas will be available for $5 to $7 and will be 11.5 inches in size.
"BoomBozz takes great pride in staying ahead of the curve and understanding how to satisfy our customers' changing pizza needs," Founder and CEO Tony Palombino said in a press release. "Sixteen years ago, we brought gourmet pizza to Louisville, and now, we are bringing fresh, custom-built, individual pizzas for lunch."
Another Boom-a-GoGo is planned for Lexington, Ky., in the future.
