'Boring' retirement returns Patsy Grimaldi to pizza oven

New York Times: After a six-year retirement from Grimaldi's Pizzeria, founder Patsy Grimaldi, 75, is back at the pizza oven.

 

"I've been retired — it was a big mistake," Grimaldi said. Life outside of his pizzeria bored him, and now he's back doing what he knows and loves best.
