Boston Pizza promotes Cordoba to CEO, Pacinda to president

VANCOUVER, B.C.—Boston Pizza International Inc. announced the promotions of Mike Cordoba to chief executive officer and Mark Pacinda to president of the 178-unit company.

According to a news release, Cordoba was most recently Boston Pizza's president and COO. In his new role as CEO, he will guide the company's strategic direction, oversee its business activities and continue as managing general partner of the Boston Pizza Royalties Income Fund.

Pacinda has been with Boston Pizza for six years as the executive vice president of its Eastern Canada division. Before joining Boston Pizza, Pacinda was vice president and general manager for Arby's Canada.

As president, he will oversee day-to-day operations, marketing and business development.
