Boston pizzerias in logo fight

Boston Herald: The Back Bay Restaurant Group, which operates the Joe's American Bar & Grill chain, is suing a Boston-area pizza shop for trademark infringement, claiming its logo is too similar to Back Bay's. The company is requesting a court order preventing Joe's Sandwiches, Pizza and More from using the logo on its sign, menus, newspaper advertising and other materials.
