ST. JOSEPH, Mo. — Nearly a year ago, Breadeaúx Pizza and Country Kitchen began combining operations in cobrand units. Since that time, 24 Country Kitchen restaurants have added the Breadeaúx Pizza concept to their locations, according to a news release.
"We have been very pleased with franchisee response — and most of all — customer response to our two brands combining," said John R. Jarrett, chief executive officer of Breadeaúx Pizza.
Sales have increased in Country Kitchen units that added the Breadeaúx Pizza concept to their dining options, the company said. The partnership also gives operators access to both chain's marketing resources.
"As a co-branded chain, our franchisees have many advantages that are not available to 95 percent of the competition in our markets," said Dennis LaVenture, CEO of Country Kitchen. "By adding Breadeaúx Pizza, Country Kitchen franchisees now have the opportunity to deliver pizza and all of the Country Kitchen favorites to customers."
Country Kitchen created a delivery menu of Country Kitchen items to compliment the delivery of Breadeaúx Pizza items.
There are more than 100 Breadeaúx Pizza locations in 10 states and Canada.
