Restaurant Brands International Inc. has named eleven individuals to its board, following a vote at its annual shareholder meeting June 10, a news release said.
The eleven individuals include Alexandre Behring, Joao M. Castro-Neves Maximilien de Limburg Stirum, Paul J. Fribourg, Neil Golden, Ali Hedayat, Golnar Khosrowshahi, John Prato, Daniel S. Schwartz, Carlos Alberto Sicupira and Roberto Moses Thompson Motta. Each individual will hold office until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their respective successors are elected or appointed. Each nominee other than Messrs. De Limburg Stirum and Prato was an incumbent director.
Restaurant Brands International is parent company to Tim Hortons, Burger King and Popeyes. The company is one of the world's largest quick service restaurant concerns with approximately $34 billion in annual system-wide sales and more than 27,000 restaurants in more than 100 countries and U.S. territories.
