Calif. Pizza Hut franchisee settles in worker's comp, energy-charge case

NBCSanDiego.com: A San Diego court has ruled that 62-unit Pizza Hut franchisee RLLW must spend nearly $700,000 on paying employees who didn't receive adequate worker's compensation, and on reimbursing customers who were unknowingly billed for an energy surcharge.
