California Pizza Kitchen expands airport footprint

California Pizza Kitchen Inc. opened a quick-serve location at the John Wayne Airport in Orange County, Calif., this week.

The new location, opened by franchise partner HMSHost Corporation, is located in the Thomas F. Riley Terminal.

Open daily from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m., the new CPK features a full bar along with a specialized selection of CPK's most popular pizzas, salads, soups and sandwiches from the full-service restaurant menu. Among the items offered are the Works and Thai Chicken Pizzas, Original BBQ Chicken Chopped Salad, Chicken Caesar Sandwich and Sedona Tortilla Soup.

A full breakfast menu will also be available until 10 a.m. featuring a selection of breakfast pizzas, The Works Breakfast Burrito and a variety of egg breakfast sandwiches served on Herb Cheese Focaccia bread.
