Calzone beating victim files new lawsuit

Flagler County (Fla.) News: Jack Kilburne Jr. has filed a new lawsuit against the mobster-turned-federal-witness who is accused of attacking him after he complained about a calzone at Goomba's Pizzaria. Kilburne, who used the name Richard C. Phinney in his first lawsuit against Joseph Milano, still faces a possible charge of identity theft for using his wife's former husband's name in his report to police and others.
