Dallas-based Campisi's opened its newest location at Southern Methodist University's Hughes-Trigg Stigg Student Center on January 16, 2015, according to a company announcement

The newest Campisi’s is its 10th location across North Texas. The company is offering a limited menu but the same pastas and pizzas served in its other restaurants. The on-campus location has two pasta sauté stations and offers four different pizza options.

The family-owned chain is run by David Campisi, a member of the fourth generation of owners.
