Canadian Domino's Pizza franchisee moves toward stock offer

CALGARY, Alberta — Canada's Pizza Delivery Corp., a franchisee of 245 Domino's Pizza units, intends to make a private placement of up to 5.5 million shares of stock priced at CAN 7 cents (U.S. 5 cents) each on the TSX Venture Exchange.

According to a news release, the placement should be completed by the end of July.

The stock will trade under the ticker symbol CPD.

CPD will use the proceeds of the offering for working capital and debt repayment.
