Capital Oil & Gas to acquire 20 Mel's Pizza Express sites

HIALEAH, Fla. -- Convenience store operator Capital Oil & Gas Inc. has entered negotiations with restaurant chain Mel's Pizza to acquire and develop 20 new locations in Florida, the company announced.
Capital Oil has retained Alpiza Construction Co. to evaluate and design the first two locations, in Kendal Lakes and Miami Gardens.
Capital Oil & Gas operates retail gas stations, c-stores and QSR operations throughout Florida.
