CALGARY, Alberta—Evelyn Broere, chief financial officer for Canada's Pizza Delivery Corp. (CPDC), a 250-unit Domino's Pizza franchisee, resigned March 3. According to a news release, Broere left "to pursue other interests." CPDC has established a search committee among its board of directors to succeed Broere.
Though the franchise group has gradually increased its gross sales, modest losses have added up over the past two years. Last May the group announced plans to add 250 new units to its system by 2007.
