Chicago Fire spreads in California

California-based Chicago Fire is set to open its fourth location at the Palladio in the Broadstone shopping complex in Folsom, Calif.

The concept, owned by Eric Schnetz, is 8 years old and specializes in Chicago-style deep dish pizza. Current Chicago Fires are located in Folsom (the original), Sacramento and Roseville.

According to the Sacramento Bee, the newest location is expected to open by November and will boast 7,200 square feet with seating for about 300 guests. It will be the largest restaurant in the Chicago Fire system.

Chicago Fire's menu includes deep dish, thin crust and stuffed pizzas.
