Chuck E. Cheese cleared in stock options probe

Reuters: The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission won't take any action against Chuck E. Cheese parent CEC Entertainment Inc. following an investigation into its stock options practices.

The restaurant chain said in a May 9 regulatory filing that it received notice from the SEC that its review was complete and that no action would be taken.
