Chuck E. Cheese launches first licensed retail toy at Walmart

Chuck E. Cheese has partnered with Bonkers Toys to launch the Chuck E. Cheese Mystery Egg, the brand's first licensed toy in retail at Walmart. The egg can be also be found at Amazon.com. Led by the Global Media Licensing and Entertainment division of Chuck E. Cheese, this new toy is the latest addition to its growing line of licensed merchandise, according to a press release.

The Chuck E. Cheese Mystery Egg is packed with a variety of collectibles and surprise items, including e-tickets that can be redeemed at any Chuck E. Cheese location.

"Chuck E. Cheese has brought fun, laughter and games to families across the country for decades. This American icon is the ultimate place to go for a fun day with the family," Brian Bonnett, CEO, Bonkers Toys, said in the press release. "Now for the first time ever, we're bringing the excitement of Chuck E. Cheese home with the Chuck E. Cheese Mystery Egg toy. All the fun of a Chuck E. Cheese outing is reimagined into the ultimate unboxing experience. We're thrilled to partner with this iconic brand and bring it to life at retail."

Melissa McLeanas, VP of global licensing, media and branded entertainment development of CEC Entertainment, parent company of Chuck E. Cheese, said the egg brings a new chapter for the entertainment brand.
