Chuck E. Cheese operator sued by EEOC

Billings Gazette (Montana): The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has filed a lawsuit against TNT Pizza Inc., owner of a Chuck E. Cheese franchise in Billings alleging that they failed to stop a night manager from sexually harassing teenage employees.
Similar claims by a Chuck E. Cheese employee were dismissed at a hearing two months ago in Billings before a hearing examiner with Montana's Department of Labor and Industry.
