Chuck E. Cheese's opened its first unit in Peru last week, in Lima's La Independencia district. According to Peru This Week, the family entertainment chain expects to broaden its presence "substantially" in Peru, where the economy is experiencing strong growth.
The chain has signed a contract with Mall Aventura plaza to open locations in Trujillo and Arequipa within the next two years. Chuck E. Cheese's expects to invest $10 million in Peru to open five locations.
