Ci-Ci's Pizza to have carry-out venue

St. Petersburg Times: Cici's Pizza franchise owner Georgio Bertrand will open a CiCi's to-go restaurant in St. Petersburg, Fla., later this month. The concept will feature "ready-right-now" pizza instead of the all-you-can-eat buffet and 15-inch ready-made pepperoni pizzas for $4.99.
