CiCi's franchisee files for bankruptcy

Ft. Worth Star Telegram: Dallas-based Marwin Group, the largest CiCi's Pizza franchisee with 53 outlets, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. The company expects to emerge as a viable new entity, a spokeswoman for CiCi's said.
