City moves for summary judgment in Pizza Hut door case

Madison County Record (Illinois): The city of Troy, Ill., is asking a judge to dismiss a case filed against it by an attorney who claimed she was injured when a policeman held a door for her at a Pizza Hut. The lawyer representing officer Clarence Jackson moved for summary judgment on Nov. 26.
