Coal Vines fires up 'Pizza of the Month'

Coal Vines specialty pizza and wine bar has launched its new "Pizza of the Month" special.

Coal Vines specialty pizza and wine bar has launched its new "Pizza of the Month" special. This month's pizza is a white pizza topped with sliced chicken and fresh spinach. Diners can also pair their 14-inch pizza with a glass of Malbec or Pinot Grigio for $25, according to a company press release.

The limited-time offering is valid through March 31 at the Uptown Coal Vines in Dallas at 2404 Cedar Springs Road and at the newest location outside the Omni Dallas Hotel.

"We've decided to start creating specialty pizzas each month to give our loyal guests another reason to come by and enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner at Coal Vines," said Chef Angelo Landi, corporate chef at Coal Vines. "Our new Omni location is doing brisk business, especially with the conventioneers who are enjoying our new fast-casual lunch options, but we'd love for more folks in the downtown area to come by and check out our beautiful new restaurant."
