Columbus Foods launches 'all-natural' pizza line

Despite declining frozen pizza salesSan Francisco-based Columbus Foods is launching an all new ready-to-bake, all-natural pizza line.
The pizzas are made with RBST-free cheeses, California tomatoes and uncured meats with no fillers or additives.
The new 12-inch pizzas come in three varieties and are available this month at Super Target stores form $7.99 to $9.99 to bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 400 degrees:
- Four Cheese Pizza – A tomato sauce serves as the base atop a crust, topped with a blend of mozzarella, provolone, Parmesan and Romano cheeses.
- Uncured Pepperoni Pizza – This pizza starts with an artisan crust layered with tomato sauce, a blend of mozzarella, provolone, Parmesan and Romano cheeses and is topped with all-natural uncured pepperoni.
- Uncured Piccante Salame & Sausage Pizza – Atop the same blend of tomato sauce and four cheeses are Italian sausage and Columbus’ uncured Piccante salame.
