The Boston Globe: Omaha, Neb.-based ConAgra foods has introduced its Ultragrain White Whole Wheat that is designed to taste like refined white flour but have the nutritional benefits of whole grain. The company, one of the nation's largest food makers, spent at least eight years and several million dollars developing the 100 percent whole-grain wheat.
Among the company's products using the new wheat is Max Pizza, which includes a crust that is half whole grain.
