ConverseNow, a provider of voice AI technology for restaurants, has partnered with Adora POS, a point-of-sale system for pizza restaurants, according to a press release.
The partnership grants Adora POS customers access to ConverseNow's voice AI solutions, designed to streamline phone orders and boost upselling.
ConverseNow's technology allows customers to place orders and ask questions using natural speech, aiming to improve efficiency and customer experience. This caters to those who prefer voice interactions, offering a seamless experience while freeing employees to focus on in-store customers.
