CPK opens third Japan location

LOS ANGELES — California Pizza Kitchen Inc. has opened its third location in Japan, the company has announced. Franchisee partner WDI Corp. opened a full-service restaurant in Tokyo Dome City, with a satellite kiosk located inside the Tokyo Dome.
The new CPK full-service restaurant is approximately 3,000 square feet and seats 115. Located in the Bunkyo Ward area, Tokyo Dome City is an entertainment destination featuring an amusement park, 43-story luxury hotel, spa and retail shops. The restaurant will open daily from 11:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
The satellite CPK kiosk is located inside the Tokyo Dome, a 55,000-seat stadium that is home to the Yomiuri Giants baseball team. The kiosk will sell three of CPK's premium menu items: Original BBQ Chicken, Cheese and Pepperoni pizzas.
