Ohio-based Creno's Pizza has selected HungerRush, a restaurant technology solutions provider. Creno's, founded in 1987, switched to HungerRush after nearly three decades with its previous point-of-sale (POS) system, according to a press release.
The collaboration has already yielded results. A recent text marketing campaign drove a 29% coupon redemption rate and $219,000 in revenue in just two weeks.
The partnership includes HungerRush's all-in-one POS platform, which features order capture, digital ordering, delivery management, restaurant operations tools, marketing automation and customer engagement applications. HungerRush has already moved 18 of Creno's 24 locations to the platform, providing personalized onboarding, custom training and ongoing support.

HungerRush's platform is designed for pizza and delivery-focused restaurants, with features like complex order customization, driver dispatch management, integration with DoorDash Drive for delivery scaling, and back-office reporting tools.
Creno's Pizza operates 24 locations across eastern and central Ohio. Now in its third generation, the family-owned business continues to expand across the state.
