Customers mistaken for robbers now suing pizzeria

Indianapolis Star: Two Papa John's customers mistaken by a delivery driver for robbers are suing the chain and the city of Indianapolis for emotional distress suffered when a delivery driver suspected they were robbers and called police. Both of the men are black and were held for three hours before officers determined they had committed no crime.
