Los Angeles Times: Acclaimed chef Ferran AdriÃ , operator of the restaurant El Bulli in Spain, has traveled to Italy to learn the part of pizza-making in anticipation of opening his own pizzeria. Some Italians have expressed resentment over a foreign celebrity chef trying to redo an Italian classic.
